1. License Grant

Unless a product includes different written licensing terms, YAZA LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased AIKitVault product for personal or internal business purposes.

2. What You May Do

download and store your purchased files;
use resources for your own projects or business;
customize resources for your own workflows;
use compatible files with supported third-party AI or automation platforms;
use original outputs you create commercially, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

3. What You May Not Do

Unless specifically authorized in writing, you may not:

resell the original files;
redistribute the full product;
publicly share download links;
sublicense the files;
upload the product to marketplaces;
repackage substantially identical files as a competing bundle;
distribute the files through public cloud drives, forums or file-sharing platforms.

4. PLR and Reseller Rights

Important: PLR, reseller, white-label or redistribution rights exist only when they are explicitly included with the specific product you purchased.

5. Product-Specific Licenses

If a product includes its own written license, that product-specific license will control where it conflicts with this standard license.

6. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of AIKitVault's trademarks, branding, website content, proprietary product organization or other intellectual property.

7. Enforcement

Unauthorized redistribution may result in termination of access and appropriate intellectual-property enforcement measures.
